Dreamline safety not working - how to fix?

l don’t own a dreamline, I have an impact, but. Try turning in the grub screw behind the second stage adjustment screw. Looking at the trigger drawing this grub screw looks to be to set the safety limit. 35.1

Question, did you adjust the second stage screw 36? If you did, you may have gone too far.

Yeah its just an adjustment like said above most likely. Easy fix.

Try turning grub screw 35.1 clockwise in small increments and keep trying the safety. Caution, hold the cocking arm and prevent hard releasing of the hammer.

Possible ball #32 or spring #31 has fallen out. Just wait and someone with a Dreamline will drop by. It looks like the ball and spring are the detent for the safety. Does the safety still feel the same or has it changed?

Yes, that adjustment screw just needs turning in. It was obviously not well adjusted at assembly. Turn it in a half revolution, which should make it functional. Continue turning it in, until, with the rifle cocked, you feel almost no movement.
