Dreamline or Crown?

Deamline seems cool but may cause a headache also. Just soooooo many parts to put together to make a new rifle every time. If you don't mind building from scratch your "dream" PCP than i guess this might be it for you. It all depends what you are going to do with it eventually....Hunt, Target shoot, Plink etc..

The crown is more straight forward in my opinion, i do own the Crown and love it!!!!! have not adjusted it from the factory setting since i received it. Very accurate, beautiful, powerfull and soooooooo smoooooooth : )

Short Answer: BOTH! lol

IMHO The Dreamline probably won't be available till year end and a large enough supply to meet new demand till early 2019 if all runs as in the past. ;)

The Dreamline is for those who like to change things up and have many tuning option controls so disassembly and reassembly into a new form factor is part of the allure and fun of the Dreamline!

The Crown is beginning to reach the "Instant Gratification Phase" in it's production cycle at present (that means they are becoming more readily available without a wait)

Dreamline is too far away. Crown is available now. Dreamline promised, can't pre-order yet as far as I know.

There will always be a new gun we can wait for, but if you keep waiting, you'll never shoot. Plus, to be honest, I don't want to be part of the first years production as design flaws will show up and FX will fix. Wait for others to take the hit for design issues. The Dreamline will suffer from some minor design flaws and my bet, having the right parts on hand to provide you with the choices promised. Building a Dreamline in 4 finishes and 3 calibers is very different from building multiple stocks, calibers, configurations, and such. So many more parts to keep in stock and make sure are available for people to buy. I'd wait till they have time to work out kinks and have stock on hand. Just look at the Crown, it's been out for over a year and they are still catching up. The Impact took a couple years to really catch up to demand.

Buy now wiht a known product, upgrade later if you want. Shoot now, don't wait.

I really love my Crown and the only thing I can complain about is a personal thing. I have been shooting since the 60's. All of my previous rifles I could just grab and lift them into position by the barrel. The Crown seems to not be suited for that type of handling to reduce forward weight which is excellent. There has been a learning curve that I have very willingly accepted for the awesome returns that come along with this great rifle! Just my thoughts, bill.

Dreamline base model costs $999,so when you start adding another stock, you still have whats basically a streamline with adjustment and X barrel system,TBH,I think the synthetic crown is better value, mainly because you have a 480cc carbon tank, probably double the size of the dreamline, better shroud system.
Just my 2 cents.
PS,I just ordered a FX Streamline .22 in walnut.

Hegshen Hi and others

The Crown , laminate green .25, is a dream gun, to look at, shoot load and make one want to perform nearer to guns potential. After every range session I know I am the weak link.

Yes early Crowns had issues. Think if you get a 2018 series you are assured of happiness gun wise.

One can never have Perfection. Ha, your partner knows that.

The time you get your hands on a Dreamline there will ,sure enough , be another luring you into its web.
