I use the UTG one piece. UTG rails are really sturdy and well built, great bang for the buck. 

It would make loading the single shot Maximus very difficult as-is unless hacksawed first. Hold that thought!

How's about buying 1 piece 11mm to Picatinny DROOPER MOUNT ADAPTER like the UTG Diana type 20moa Drooper adapters and measure the breech mark it well and cut out hacksaw 2 places then use as a 2 piece droop compensating rails? It will raise scope height though...
