Is there a way to convert a Marauder dove tail scope mount to a weaver or picatinny rail? Same question for FX. I have a couple of different conversion brackets but would like to eliminate the extra parts and height.

I have a few sets of the UTG adapters that fit inside W/P mounts and adapt them to dovetail. No extra height and they work great.

UTGs work well. Hawke makes them also, quality is a lot better. 24 bucks at Precision Airguns vs. 10 or 12 for the UTGs

Haven't seen the Hawke version. The UTG version is incredibly simple and has worked well for me. Not sure how much quality is needed for this static application but it's good information.

I can see how that could work but it looks like it might be difficult to get them into place and keep them there. The advantage of the UTG version is that they are spring loaded so they stay in place and you wouldn't need to fiddle with them to put them to place. No experience with the Hawke version.

Looks like the UTGs will do what I need. I'll use them but would like to take the extra parts out of the equation. I have a HHA optimizer on order and want to reduce any possibility of movement the extra parts might introduce. Also, the picatinny system just seems like it would be more solid. Thanks for the replies.

I have an Artemis P15 that also came with a dovetail rail, and all of my mounts/rings are weaver/picatinny..
Before I new better, I used a rail adapter, but, it put the scope up way too high - using Med height rings..
Since then, I ordered a few of those UTG internal adapters, and I'll say this much.. The will work.
Not only that, but, they will work really well!
I have a set of ultra-low rings coming that should be here later today: 5/20
Those will mount to my Optimizer,
Now I can swap the Optimizer/Scope combo between my new Cricket and the P15 with ease.

I use the Utg ones that fit in weaver rings on my hw97. I replaced the set screw recoil stop with a socket cap head screw. Works great.

M2 That is what my Marauder custom shop has on it and it says Marauder on it. Pic rail seems to be the Armada breech.

Here is the new Armada breech block on my Marauder. I too want to get rid of the adapters. Also this will lower my ATN night scope and make using it more comfortable.
