Just want to give a big thanks to Donny. I ordered a moderator from him a couple of weeks ago. Got it ,packaged well and shipped super quick. Unfortunately, it didn't work as well as I'd hoped. I contacted Donny via e-mail and told him of my request to send this item back for an exchange on a different item. He told me that that would not be a problem and even shipped out the replacement moderator before receiving my return. This is what CUSTOMER SERVICE is all about. I give him 5 stars all the way. Thanks to Donny and I know I'll be ordering from him again!

Donny has always treated me right. I have four of his moderators and several adaptors (all very high quality) and all of them came in record time and packaged well. He responds to emails quickly and treats you like a friend instead of just another customer. He's a good dude to do business with.

I ordered an adapter for my Kral before heading in to work, while on my drive down I already had the shipping receipt and it was on its way within 1 hr. I know it's just an adapter but purchase shipping turn around in less than a hour is amazing.
T adapter is for a Fatboy I picked up, and I will be ordering a Ronin from him soon.
