Discovery scope too stiff?

I have the same problem with mine , following . I've seen some use a zip tie with a knob that screws down to the adjuster then you cut the tail off , don't remember what it's called sorry . Try (MKMachining) I have one of their levers on a athlon talos but have not checked for discovery , just been to busy with other things ,they make great products . If you talk to them maybe one of them will work as they have a variety .

I've looked at the Coaster Cat Tail, but all the pictures I've seen of these makes them look huge--disproportionately large in relationship to the scope. Is that the case, or is the size just exaggerated in the photographs? Thanks.
