Did I go too far? (not really a queation, just late afternoon musings)

Clearly I went too far with price. It would be hard to imagine that what I ordered TRULY shots so much better than my current stable to justify the pretty big jump in price. But that's not specifically where I'm going with this. And lets skip all that because I really like the rifle .

I've seen this rifle delivered with 20-23y test targets. Pathetic...Beyond that, some (just a couple reported) recipient's experiences with accuracy were less than stellar. On the other hand I've seen videos of that same outfit shooting the same model rifle at 50y and bragging about the results. I required 50y testing as part of their acceptance of the order. I didn't ask for specific results at that range but I should have.

Today marks the 7th working day for them since the order was placed. No info other my credit card balance going up a bit....

Feel like I'm whining which is not my personality at all, but I also kinda feel like I asked my waiter to spit in my soup while he heats it up. Time will tell...

I guess the main reason I'm rethinking my approach is that there is another rifle in the same price range that I want, after selling some stuff, and would expect even more..

Hynzie…. Not here to start any dealer bashing but to the other stuff...

Lets just say that what I ordered is Red. Of course my Thomas is red too so...

I'm def not new to the Airgun forums or to PCP's. not 25 on the wall... but that's because I sell them. Average ownership is maybe 15 months. Which sucks but need some funds for the next stuff... Prob 10-15 at any one time but that includes some 'permanent' residents. 2 LP2's, a FWB P70.. plus the rotating stable. Prob been through close to 100 in the past 15yrs.
