I don't think so. It was a tiebreaker question for that giveaway, so I'd assume it at least wasn't common knowledge then. If it is known now, I don't know about it.
I have heard that they don't have the 3rd variant of the 1923 because most of them broke due to a weak cast receiver, but idk if that's the same as them missing it. That's the closest I have--if you're really interested in this, maybe googling the 1923 or calling Crosman would get you somewhere. Best of luck!
