How much cant does the Diana Bullseye ZR (Zero Recoil) mount have?

"This mount comes with 0.04" (1.016mm) droop compensation built in."

How much cant (droop compensation) is that exactly?
Normally cant is given in moa (or inches at 100y) — a measure useful to the shooter — not in inches at the mount....
I did try to calculate the cant in moa, but my results have me doubting my math....
I get about 3moa of cant. But that's almost not worth talking about, when typical rails or mounts with cant have 20 or 25moa.
