diana bullseye zr 1-Pc Mount

.. i cant find much feedback or customer reviews about this newer diana 'slider' mount : https://www.airgunsofarizona.com/scope-mounts/diana-bullseye-zero-recoil-mount-1-rings-dovetail/ .... ag's of az told me i could send back the one-piece lockdown mount they tossed in when i bought my .177 diana 430L for $230 + their shipping rates aout a month ago....i was upset that the lower $230 price was for gun only... now they are clearance-ing these .177 diana 430L underlevers for $199 , but i'm wishing i had just paid the $270 and got the zr mount and 3-9x32ao diana scope to complete my combo............... but anyway , these older diana one-piece lockdown mounts are too long and i usually cannot get eye relief with these mounts due to an old neck injury from football.. nor can i use shorter scopes , like the b-square shorty 40, or bug buster scopes.... the reviews on this one-piece mount (with moving parts) are inconsistent.. i had planned to ask yall about your personal , hands-on experiences and feedback with this new 'slider' mount..... but i already KNOW i cant use the older one-piece lockdown mount (and i used to ONLY mount scopes to my magnum spring/piston guns with one-piece mounts that were 80-100 cm long)....but i'm just gonna swap out with ag's of az and experience the diana 'slider' mount for myself -- and post about it here... I HOPE I'M NOT SHOOTING MYSELF IN THE FOOT HERE WITH THIS... - paul .

Yes, the reviews are inconsistent but I bought one anyway and mine had no perceptible play in it. I did have a bit of trouble getting it mounted so the windage on my scope was not maxed out though. But I finally prevailed and the mount is on my Diana 52 and werqing just fine. I did not notice any accuracy issues. There were/are China made copies of this made in China unit that are not so good.

.... the diana 'slider' mount looks pretty good atop your magnum diana side lever , there , biohazmatman..... i'll be posting some detailed info after i digest my zr mount a bit , but i hope i get a good one....it's going atop my brand new , test fired only .177 diana 430L --- and you know how long it takes to completely 'run in' an diana piston gun ... (1000-2000 shots , the longest of any spring / piston airgun that i know of.... but when i got mine for $230 + shipping a month ago , ag's of az said they still had over 200 of these really nice under-levers....now they're on for $199 (gun only) !! WELL WORTH IT !!! more to come as it cools off down here.... ttyl (talk to yall later)... - paul..
