Diana Bandit .22 Update.

Well I got out to my range today and got some numbers and pics, it’s 71* out with 61% humidity and calm, 1st off I’m not to hip on the BSA Edge Scope maybe that’s why it’s been sitting around but after a few mags I finally got it close to zeroed in at 20 yards, my 1st to mags were spent figuring out where I was then with better scope adjustmentsI I closed in on the center and finally my last two 7 round mags where on center, I was shooting tetherd with the regulator set at 2900 psi, I’m shooting this directly out of the box, nothing done not even a barrel clean I just loaded and shot, the other day I did fire a few shots here just to see what it sounded like. So far I’m liking the Bandit for what it is, a low priced pistol, I would buy one again if it keeps shooting good.

I shot this through the Chrono with the very 1st full 7 round mag shot through the Bandit with no adjustments or cleaning of the barrel.

having trouble connecting to the server, I try pics later.

Ok here are the chrono numbers from the 1st full 7 round mag right out of the box with a un cleaned barrel.

As of now if I waited a bit between shots I think it might of been more even, I’ll test that out later. Here are some other pics from today. The yellow circle is around two 7 round mags, I’ll shoot fresh targets next time out but this was what I used zeroing it in, it was fun but really warm and humid heck even my dog stayed in the air conditioned trailer while I shot, he didn’t even want to be outside.

I’m thinking of ordering another barrel band to put on behind probe to stiffen the barrel a bit, when I started shooting I didn’t think I could get it to group at all but it did tighten up the more I shot and 20 yards turned out to be ok, I will try 25 and if I can still group well I’ll try 30 then 35 and see how far it will keep grouping, again for under 200.00 I’m not complaining yet just need to get used to it.

I have the same pistol and cal.I am using the single tray because it is easy to load.

It was always accurate and Fun,the big axx grip took some getting used to.

Mine shots better ,butt it is broke in,I also use a pistol scope,it likes JSB 13.43 AND 14.35 grain pellets,it seems to like most pellets;

bottom line it that it is Fun.

So far I like it and I don’t have a problem with the bigger grip it fits my hand just fine, I do have some Discovery pellets that I’m going to try but right now it seems to be doing ok with the Premier 14.3’s, and for 10 bucks I figured I’d see how it shoots with another barrel band on it being I’ve read a few posts were they say it’s improved the accuracy, so far the accuracy seems to be ok just stock but will see what happens when I start shooting father out. Think I’m going to see if I have a couple o-rings that are a tad bigger then the ones on the little fill probe to see if that will help hold it in better when tetherd, it seems like it wants to slip out a bit before I get the tank turned on, right now I just hold it until I turn the air on then it stays but I’m just a bit Leary of it popping out under pressure but I’m sure it’s fine and also for some reason the coupler on my 90ci tank hose doesn’t want to go on the probe but it works fine on all my other airguns with a fill probe, the couplers on my 88 and 74 tanks work just fine on the Bandit, one more thing to check out I suppose.
