I don't know you, never done business or trades with you, nor have I read anything, about you, so you are neither a 'Friend' NOR 'Family' !!! And you EVEN acknowledged my payment and emailed me to tell me you were shipping several days later because you were traveling. You could have mentioned those tremendous fees at that point !!!!!

But I guess that $ 1.50 for paypal fees broke you!

I'm not dismissing archella's account, but so that the whole story is told, I made an offer to delladog, he accepted it and told me when he would be back from travelling to ship. He sent me pictures when I asked for them, we spoke on the phone when I requested that. Then he shipped it when he said he would, sent me pictures of the shipping receipt and it arrived a day ahead of schedule. I also paid through paypal's regular payment method and I added on the extra 3%.
To be clear, I do not know any party here outside of a 60 second phone call. Based on my experience alone, I would deal with delladog again.

This was the mail I received from Delladog:

I’ll send you the tracking number. Checked to make sure I had everything – chronograph, light shields, rods, cable, manual and carry case are all good to go. I used it for the second time last weekend so I know it’s working."

He got a BETTER offer from you, and cancelled my accepted money and agreed price!

Next time you deal with him again, make sure no one offers him more money BEFORE he ships!!!!!

No way to deal on anything!
For the record: He did refund me in full!

For the record, your first payment was less than the agreed price and lacked the fees; I refunded the payment and you apologized for the misunderstanding. 

Your second payment was sent, but again missing the PayPal fees.

Since I ship FedEx, I was already taking a beating on the sale and decided that since you again neglected to pay the full amount due I would refund your second payment and move on. 

It was a pleasure dealing with @rwbarrett.

You should have honored your deal. That's all. Or not made it to begin with. You named the price, and did NOT mention any fees!

I’ll tell you what @archellas, I just sent you $30 via PayPal; you can now purchase the Chrono on Amazon for the “agreed” to price. 

@rwbarrett, I just refunded your payment for the Chrono, it’s on me, enjoy it. 

It’s not about the money, but perhaps I could have handled the transaction better. 

In the future though, if you send a payment and know fees will be charged, I suggest you include them.

@Delladog, this statement alone has earned you my respect. 

I have returned the $30 to your account, I cannot accept that. I regret that we had a misunderstanding, and let our tempers get the better of us. Maybe this can serve as a lesson to both of us, to handle communications a little better in the future.

Ill chime in once more, I saw a PayPal refund and thought it was a mistake. So I text delladog and he directed me here to the forum. So yeah, he refunded my purchase and told me to keep the crony, it was on him. I am super appreciative and I plan on dumping that back into the hobby. 
Its an odd turn of events, but delladog made it a positive one for me, for sure.
