Just watched the youtube video uploaded by AOA for regulator repairing.... they showed the reg adjustment screw but they didn't tell us how to turn(clock or anticlock wise) it to increase or decrease reg preassure, someone knows how to?

Check your manual, but if it's a huma regulator generally CCW increases CW decreases. It's also recommended that you don't decrease pressure with the bottle charged because it might damage the rifle.
