Well patience, persistence and timing have rewarded me with one of the most excellent air rifles I have ever owned. I am now the proud owner of a special edition serie rosso and it is in .30 cal. Which my understanding of the .30 cal is there were only 5 made out of the 200 total special editions. I am very greatful to the member who sold me the air rifle. Thank you!!! Anyways I did get to take it out shooting and it was a totally different exsperience. The electronic trigger is incredible and the fact that there is no mechanics inside make it totally different to shoot . It really is an easy air rifle to shoot and I think someone who has never shot an air rifle could do great with this there first time. I have a handful of air rifles that are considered high end and I'd say the Red Wolf is the easiest to be comfortable with shooting. Don't get me wrong all my other rifles have a special place in my heart. It's just this electronic gun is a whole new exsperience and I just hope the longevity of the rifle is as long as my other rifles. The only thing I don't like is it won't be a field gun (lol), because let's face it a special edition shouldn't be running around in the woods hunting. It really is a joy to shoot and this is my first daystate special edition and couldn't be more happy with it.

How does it shoot? I was considering getting one in .30, of course a .30 barrel for a Crown is a much cheaper option!

Why???

The standard is really nice too? What's to regret other than the looks?

I have 4 Redwolfs already, .30 is not popular in the UK for obvious reasons, but I have a Crown already (did have 3 but sold 2 as I gave up trying to get them to shoot) so a .30 barrel is a cheap option for something I probably wont use that much.

He told me that first is that he had a power limitation with jsb monsters. The transfer port or something is bored out more on the HP. I think he wanted that 915-930 fps with the 24 gr monsters which shoot really well out of the gun. However he was getting much less, like 800~. Then it is a shorter length barrel. It also doesnt include a huggett moderator. Or at least his didnt i think. Besides that i thought the same thing, didnt know there was a difference between hp and non hp. I wouldve gotten the standard if it was offered to me too but yes hp is worth more. And if you think about it of the 200 red wolf limited editions, not all of them were the hp version.
