Stage-3 head was 260F at 310 Bar so it's def the hottest, makes sense. On the FLIR images the maximum and min temperatures are displayed on the color gradient scale to the far right. The bottom left temperature is where the crosshair points. You color match the gradient scale to the location question visually.

Stage 3 goes from 260F to 223F after 30 seconds just sitting. Then 225F to 121F after 60 seconds of running cool-down no load. Then drops on down. Stage 3 is def the hottest, makes sense to me.

Make sense to put the hottest head on the bottom to avoid head build-up; all three stages are placed around a circular fan so they should get equal air flow IMHO.
