Some more fun with the REVERE at another range, feedback is great, it's .22, lovely gun. My preference is always sidelever and although the bolt action is still availible I think Daystate has opened up a huge market opportunity for the company from those that dont like bolts and prefer a sidelever.
The lever is smooth as silk and I cant wait for left handed stock to be availible as a lot of us actually are left handed, saying that most of the left handers didnt seem to have a problem shooting a R/H stocked gun!
The Huntsman Classic (and later) models are the only bolt-action PCPs rivaling what I consider the most beautiful, accurate and classic bolt-action PCPs ever. As excerpted from Airgun Chronicles- Thirty Years of Airgun Testing and Competition that presented testing of 319 airguns of all kinds-
"My first Tarantula, it proved the most accurate air rifle in all this testing. 28 five-shot groups at 50 yards with Exacts averaged .50” c-t-c. The best test sessions produced .43” & .44” averages.
That quote still holds true even now that my testing exceeds 400 airguns of all kinds.
spry1mark how do like the huntsman revere any problems with it what cal is yours i am thinking of buying one not sure between the revere or the regal any likes dislikes or problems ?
