Daystate 5 year warranty?

I noticed the warranty listed on the Daystate site says 3 years or only 2 years for regulated guns. When I asked on the owners site I was told that is correct, and that the 5 year was from retailers with conditions. I wonder if this is correct. This is from the new website.

If you need a written confirmation please contact your retailer to request one. Copies should be included with all new rifles very soon.

I really don't need a copy right this moment, but it would be nice to have, also the procedure for transferring the warranty if you sell the gun. I'll ask at AOA next time I go in.

Still beats most if not everyone else making guns today.

I agree, even at only 3 years it's better than most. But I bought a Renegade on March 1st this year and I'm not certain about the warranty, 3 years or 5 years? The instruction manual says 3 years, and the web site says 3 years. Did they increase to 5 after I bought it or before? I have no idea. It just feels unprofessional not to make it clear to the buyer.

I'll ask AOA next time I go in.
