Day Two Airgun News from the SHOT Show 2016.

I started out the second day expecting to cover a lot of ground. But - as you'll see - there were so many new products being shown by Hatsan that the majority of this report is devoted to there new announcements.

Hatsan was showing an impressive array of new high-power PCP air rifles. There were bullpups, calibers up to .45, multiple-choice bolt handle options, a high air capacity model and more.

In more mainstream news, HAM also has yet more product announcements from Umarex. These are appearing every day, like the new SurgeMax.

I give Umarex credit for introducing a ton of new models and some technologies that look to be very useful as a way to improve the shooting experience of "the average Joe".

Clearly these are not so sexy as the high-end PCP stuff, but they will obviously have a much larger user base as they're being applied to mass market products.

Today, I'll be aiming at Air Arms and Ataman. Yes, more juicy PCPs :)
