Not many starlings land around my home but when they do I'm ready for 'em! This morning eight starlings landed in my yard after they harassed a pair of bluebirds which is very uncool, time to render some assistance. The basement window screen is open and the Royal 500 is on hand so all I have to do is slip the window open take a seat and line up the shot. Starling number one is in my crosshairs but keeps moving so fast it was hard to get a bead on him so I moved to the left and put number two starling in the spotlight following him as he moved to the right. Now wouldn't you know it, the second starling stops right in front of the first starling, trigger time. Yeah you guessed it two birds with one shot. Gotta love it!

Sorry, us old dudes are lucky we know how to turn these computers on. Even if I could post pics I wouldn't, the lady of the house frowns on shooting the little pest. I was lucky that she was in the shower at the time. Yahoo for me.

My Marauder is Death on starlings and squirrels. 26 squirrels so far and untold starlings. Must kill something every day!

I asked my girlfriend what she would do if a starling pooped in her hair? Her reply was that she would shoot it. Woa I said, call me and I'll shoot it, better yet why wait for it to happen I can start now so it won't happen later. The answer to that was as long as she does not see me shoot it she was good with it. Oh well I tried a new approach but she is tough.
