D430L + JSB 10.34 @ 25 yards

This is the single best AG purchase I have ever made. I sure am enjoying it.

And it is easy on the eye.

Five shot groups.

Great shooting. I was lucky enough to be able to pick one of these beauties as well, though I'm not able to shoot it as well. Hopefully I will be able to get more consistent with a little more time behind the trigger.

How is the scope droop on yours. Mine took 2+ shims and all the elevation in my Hawke 2x7 scope. Since I was out of elevation I looked into getting an RWS Lockdown mount, but that mount looks to be a tad too long for my particular scope. I've since moved to an adjustable mount, but I found that it was sliding back on the rail. I've put a stop pin in now, so hopefully that will keep things more stable. The gun is definitely much more capable than I am, which is a great motivator and much better than the previous gun I had.

When I had a Diana 54 Air King , best results were with the JSB 10.34 pellets. Same with a Umarex Octane in .177. With medium powered rifles such as my FWB124D , my HW35E , I find the JSB 8.44 a more accurate choice. Funny thing , my little HW30 will use just about any pellet and group . Lower on the paper with heavy pellets , but in a tight group.
