On a rainy day, today, I decided to cut the foam in my Impact case to fit the Atlas bipod and the DonnyFL Ronin. Now, on normal shooting days I won’t have to lug the heavy Pelican/ Storm case.

How are the latches on your case? When I first got my Wildcat Mk2, I really struggled getting those latches to open. Within the hour I had a banged up finger and was sporting 2 broken latches that don't securely keep the case closed. I ended up ordering a Pelican Storm the next day, but I keep looking back at the FX case and admiring how compact and light it is.

After a couple of painful attempts I read the Push/Pull on the latches and they were then quite easy to open. Push the center while pulling on the top of the latch... and they pop right open.
