Custom big bore airgun bullet maker

I have been designing bullets and having molds cut by NOE and Accurate molds for 3 yrs. now. along with stock molds from NOE I now have 59 molds for .220 38 gr. bullets up to .510 580 gr. bullets. Many of then are hollow point and a couple of them I have set up with aluminum ballistic tips. I am a manufacture and I wholesale to AOA and R&L only. I have a day job that takes up most of my time so I have not gone into full production. Lately Kip from AOA and I have put or heads together and designer several .308 ,.357 and .452 molds that preform great even at ranges over 100 yds. I design bullets for accuracy and performance. Performance meaning How well they open in animals and provide a quick and ethical kill. I can cast and size most of my molds with lead free alloy. If anyone out there is looking for a specific cal. weight and design let me know. I will see if I have it or if it sounds good I may have a mold made. I will be posting pictures of bullets I make as time goes on. If you would like to place an order contact Kip at AOA. Special orders may take a couple of weeks.

The only .25 caI. I have for pellet barrels is a Bob's boat tail that drops out around .253 As usual it works in some barrels and not others. NOE has these molds for sale. I got the .251 mold and it still drops out at .253. Also a bullet that long would require a faster twist rate that a smooth twist barrel has. http://noebulletmolds.com/NV/index.php?cPath=374_376

Something I was thinking about , And im new so if this has been addressed sorry, the airforce Texan likes a long bearing surface for accuracy which is fine for deer 350-410 grain. But for varmitt size game it will work with a lot of Kentucky windage. Has anyone tried building a bullet with the same demonsions but out of a lightweight alloy so it would have the same bearing surface at say 150-180 grains or less, Thanks Jeff
