Crosman will NOT be releasing a new Mrod with a regulator inside

Evoshift, what kind of failures have you read about with the puncher? I just watched a video review on it and was impressed by the accuracy and shot string that only varied like 6-7 fps being non regulated ive never had a bullpup design rifle before but I can see were it would be nice for walking and hunting squirrels in thicker cover. How do they balance? As far as the gauntlet the weight doesn't bother me, I'm used to deer hunting with my extreme big bore .457 so it seems light to me lol. I still want to try the hammer when it comes out though.

"AEAC"Bobby,

I spoke with officials at Crosman this morning. The project isn't "dead." They're just taking a different direction with it that will, "enhance shooter experience." That's all I've got at this time.

Best,
Steve
AEAC, I didn't think it was "dead: - when Kevin said, "Unfortunately we do not currently have a .22 caliber Marauder with a built in regulator, and unfortunately the one that was due to come out later this year was shelved without being released." I wondered if for some unforeseen reason, maybe an engineering problem, they shelved it, until they work out the problem, but that's just my thought..

I think Crosman will have to release a regulated Mrod some time in the future, to keep up with the competition.

Thanks for posting.
Please tell them they need to pull their head out of their rectums and offer a regulated synthetic bullpup already.
I much rather buy a Crosman than a gun from Sweden, or God forbid, TURKEY!

(PS. Love your videos. :)

Ok sorry I thoght you might be willing to share what you've found. Im 46 and just getting back into ag since the end of last year due to health issues and 6 surgeries over the last seven years but we used to share information on the sites I frequented but I guess that's changed now. Sorry I offended you and I wont think of asking or sharing info with you again.

My opinion.. The current state-of-the-art all but requires any new model to be fully regulated. The Field wasn't. I also suspect Crosman figured this out on their own, and will probably come out with a fully regulated model soon.

And we have to consider what's in the works. The balanced-valve Cobra from WAR is a good example. The Kral series is another.

Hey Steve,

In the comments section of your new RAW video on YouTube you mentioned you were going to be on a conference call with Crosman and mentioned this "something better" that they will be replacing the field and target model with. Any updates? :)
