Crosman Nitro Venom Dusk 22, Gone throgh it and still inconsistent???

Just wasted about 30 minutes going thru this tin, Looks to be about 20 perfect pellets in a 250 ct tin. At $1 a shot, I would much rather spend my money on upgraded components. I will definitely be filing for a refund on these. I have never returned anything to Amazon before, I have no clue on the process. Guess I will give it a try and see.

Order from Pyramyd Air next time. A couple years ago I got 20 tins of JSB 10.34's and half contained damaged pellets much like yours. I took pictures of the dented tins and deformed pellets and sent in a return request. An hour later I got a call from them to confirm i was the one who sent the email. Thirty minutes after that I had a return shipping label sent to my email. I sent the old pellets back and had ten new tins, all in a sleeve two day later. Sometimes it's worth it to order right from the seller instead of through a third party like amazon or ebay.

Will do. If I end up still getting this oddball flier once I get this good and broke in I will go with Pyramid Air for high end pellets. I will however probably not be using the 15.89 gr JSB Diablos. I think I would prefer a lighter pellet, that is more stable and consistent. Maybe some RWS Superpoint Extra 14.5 gr

Me and my Dad have had nothing but bad luck with springers 2 diffrent guns and both shoot like crap
my dad has a blackhawk as well but his shoots like crap i have a crosman phantom and it shoots like crap we can dial the groups in and get maybe 2 to 3 shots to hit
where we are aiming then a flyer and then another flyer and wev had some shots that were life 5 feet off then shoot again and bulls-eye so i i cant realy help im in the same boat lol i gusse we wasted our money on these guns

Spikes, My NVD has killed three scopes so far. That is the sole reason I bought my Hatsan Edge Vortex. I has big time recoil but with out a scope it can kick like a mule (I dont feel it but it is pretty loud) and I dont care. It is very accurate and will remain open sights. The NVD shoots well now but is super technique sensitive and pellet fussy. If I had known what I know now I would have sprung (no pun intended) for a Hatsan 95.

If you have no love for the gun then by all means get rid of it. If you aren't having fun what is the point? I think it can be saved if you are willing to work at it. As long as you are sure of your hold and have tried a variety of pellets move on. Just don`t think all break barrel guns are like that, they are not.

I recieved my RWS Chamber Lube today. I gave it a couple of drops of lube and took a shot at my spinner set at 20 yards. I adjusted the scope accordingly and proceeded to achieve my best shot string I have ever put together in a single run with ANY of my current stable. I had so much fun I went thru 30 pellets before I knew it. I am very happy with the trigger, the feel, cocking effort, and the accuracy of my Crosman Nitro Venom Dusk now. I used Crosman Premier Hollow Point 14.3 Gr......

Thank You all who suggested lubing the chamber.
