    Hi all,
My father inlaw gave me this gun in order fro me to find some information on it. I found the croaman site, but cant nail down exactly which gun I am looking at.

This gun is bolt action, has a knob on the back that appears to cock it. The barrel is to large, imo, for a pellet or BB so I am guessing it is a .21 or .22. It also carries a slanted co2 barrel.

    Here are some pictures.
    Thanks in advance

It’s a Crosman CG Co2 gun- the tank is for bulk fill Co2.  They’re similar to the 101 series guns. There’s lots of knowledgeable folks on this forum-http://www.network54.com/Forum/405945
You have to join to post and that can take a while, D.T. Fletcher from there is really knowledgeable about old Crosman guns and has written a few books on the history and repair of these classic old guns.
Here’s an article on the rifles-https://www.pyramydair.com/blog/2006/11/nothing-new-under-the-suncrosman-cg-series-co2-rifles/
Your example looks to be in very good shape for it’s age, I wouldn’t be surprised if it was still in working condition. There’s probably a way to adapt a paintball Co2 tank to make it easier to shoot-Tim at Mac 1 Airguns in California can probably set you up with what you need.

Good luck and keep us posted, those are cool old guns!

Thank you, although I plan to keep the gun, is there a value to it?

Just a guess from trolling the classifieds- 200-300? I see them up for sale once in a while.
Here’s a quote from the article in the link “You’ll pay $250 and up these days for a CG in working condition.”

I wonder if I can find a rear peep for it. I am def. keeping it. I am a little spooky about the possibility of shooting it.

You can probably make something that will work, They’re not all that complicated. Here’s a pic-

You might find one on Ebay or try contacting Baker Airguns.

the side peep does not work on a gallery gun
    the bolt will hit it

I stand corrected on that-my spare is from an old 107 and looks similar to the photos in my previous reply. It may still be useable with an adapter though.
