got my replaced under warranty vantage from hawke a few days after sending in my 5 year old varmint 12 days before . the ONLY thing that bugged me on the varmint was how tight/stiff the AO side focus turret was .... and the new vantage is the same way . much rather have it that way than feeling cheap or too loose . anyhow ....... i remembered i have the crosman side wheel set aside from the CP scope i returned and decided to see if it will fit . no go with the rubber insert , but when i took it out and tried ... SUCCESS ! . it's almost too small but gentle wiggling with VERY VERY slight pressure and it slid on 
perfectly centered and no tape/filler needed .
the range numbers are backwards on the wheel with the scope but i can live with that . there are many ways to compensate for that . i put it on with the wheels 10 yds mark centered where the scope rings split and corresponding to the hawkes lowest 15 yard designation and having no markings on the wheel till the infinity mark where the ring splits which corrosponds with the 150ish yard mark on the hawkes turret . i then gently snugged up the 4 set screws on the wheel . i'll never shoot at critters that far with the .25 gauntlet i have it on , but may shoot paper or plink for pooh and giggles . but i won't have dueling numbers that my 58 year old 420 brain could easily confuse . the wheel is only $5.99 currently and if ordered on friday with the AGNATION code ships free .
