I was thinking on getting a couple Crosman 2240’s .22 cal., just for hacking around, I have a zillion cylinders.100 I have 2 Chasers now for wife and myself. My buddy told me about them.

Crowski, before you pull the trigger on the 2240 take a hard look at the Zoraki ultra. With up to 4 pumps you can go from 10 meter mild to a real hunting machine. Plink, hunting and did i say accuracy. I have the .177 and love it.

Shambozzie I love it, I’d be all over that in a heartbeat, but I live in Canada, it’s restricted. Any pistol over 500 FPS, a restricted licence is necessary. Thanks Crow

cant have too many guns lol .. from what ive seen the chaser build quality is a level above the crosmans, not that it wouldnt be fun to build one and tinker around .. if you dont have all the accessories and barrels id outfit the chasers all the way before moving onto the crosmans, theres several branded names the chasers go under to, id check on what all is available, but as said, i think the crosmans will feel like a real cheap clunker next to a chaser without a ton of upgrades ..

Great guns are the 2240 variants. So many aftermarket parts so many ways to customize them. Yes, get the steel breech for more consistency.

Canada,there is a great Canada bow and air gun business that sells legal air pistols .I bought and so have many members the SS750 air pistol from him...his name is Wes.....I will post this now and get more in of later.

Nice little gun, trigger not so much. Downside is that you have to use a scope or a red dot, no way to use with open sights. Personally I would go with a 2300t, it has the steel breech, LPA adjustable rear sight, and an adjustable sear spring.

I put a supersear in mine, made a ok trigger into a nice one. Just polished the sufaces on the sea where the hammer contacts it and the hammer contact.
