Cringe worthy, but she still performs.

End of the month I ended up going double down on the bullpup setup by getting a .25 Wildcat. It arrived quicker than I expected to the point where I actually didn't have much sleep on the day of the delivery. I signed for the package, unboxed it to make sure it indeed was a wildcat .25, and then placed the rifle into its padded soft case. That night after work I transferred the Hawke 6-24 scope I had on my .25 Marauder to it and that's when I noticed something was amiss. I tested it out just the same and it is a definite shooter, which is why I've already contacted the company I bought the wildcat from and have requested them try to send me a replacement shroud rather than do a return. If that isn't possible I'm most likely going to look at buying a replacement or maybe trying the aftermarket one from Air-fective in the UK.

I know this is off the subject, but this type of issue is becoming more common. How about trying to buy an airgun from a reputable dealer, but when the box was opened at the store, no gun! Instead just a couple of pieces of rebar! In retrospect, the box had been re-taped (not factory), so someone apparently returned the box, but not the gun, for a refund.

I just got mine then end of November I got mine through AoA and mine was damaged also,I however seen my damaged box and before I un-boxed it I videoed the entire thing so I had proof but lucky for me it was only a broken clasp or hinge and a minor cut in the side of the case (not easily seen) so I just asked for a replacement clasp or hinge and they did so very quickly.I already know anything airguns from now on will be through AoA every time even a used gun! couldn't be more happy with them!
