Yes it's dipped. feel like soft thick rubber."Erik"So it is dipped? How does that feel? I'm thinking about dipping a stock but not sure how the texure will feel afterwards
The triggers are great. Allen does a great job tuning guns."Sam63"Very nice carbines BD. For the money Cricket rifles are hard to beat. How do you like the triggers? AZ tuned my 22 carbine and did incredible job on the trigger and overall tune. Enjoy shooting those bad boys..
Jimmy I know you are reducing to smaller calibers, but I couldn't see letting go of the 25 cal. I love 22 cal for the pellet prices but I love long range plinking. Just hitting targets at 150+ yards is what I like. I can do it with the 22 cal but it seems easier with the 25 cal."CampFussell"Awesome pair Norman! Makin' me have second thoughts ;-)
That doesn't surprise me. I find it easier to shoot my Cricket 25 with the power cranked up a little too."blackdiesel"That's outstanding. funny thing a while back I was shooting with a buddy who has an AT44 long. He was shooting the crosman ultra magnums domes at 960 fps and all his 50 yard groups were under 1/2". On a whim I shot some at 50 yards in my Cricket and they were shooting the same 960 fps and they shot as well as the JSB 18 gr pellets. Even when we stretched it out to 130 yards shooting cans they were still shooting straight with no spiralling. The only draw back is that at this speed they foul the barrel faster and I hate cleaning often.
Not sure if we are looking at the same thing but Blackdiesel posted a dipped Cricket Carbine."bowwild"I too like that came job on the wildcat. Is it dipped? Will the stock material on the Wildcat take a dip?
