Converting Paintball Tank for PCP

I have a CF 77ci 4500psi that I use to play paintball with however I would like to use it to fill a PCP rifle.

Is it as simple as getting a higher pressure regulator on the tank to fill the PCP? If so,

Where could I get a regulator from?

I believe ninja makes a reg that just screws in and the output is 3000 psi.

@dodge3500, you're correct. Ninja's regulator sets the pressure to 3000psi ±10%, so you may only see 2700 or maybe 3300... I put one on a tank that I bought a while back and it's worked fine so far. Although I STRONGLY advise against buying from Hustle Paintball, this is what you're looking for:

I bought mine from them, and it took 8 weeks to be delivered (despite being listed as 'In Stock') but only 2 minutes to charge my credit card...I was a bit miffed.
