Confused about "Superior STX liners" and "STX Lightweight caliber change kit"

Is there going to be a Superior STX liner that is also called "Lightweight" that can be bought by itself or with a matched sleeve? I do not want to buy an entire caliber change kit.

My understanding is that "STX lightweight caliber change kit" is a normal STX liner with some sort of new rigid lightweight barrel sleeve, and a probe and stack on moderator. Is it possible to get the "Superior STX liner" version along with a rigid lightweight barrel-sleeve?

With the lightweight barrel system you just bolt or clamp the liner directly to the base. The lightweight barrel doesn't have the heavy outer steel sleeve that the liner slides into. So if you buy a Superior liner and bolt it on you have a superior superlight STX barrel. The shroud is what's giving it it's rigidity. Heres a picture of how it bolts up.

Thank you baloo. So the shroud and the lightweight liner form the barrel. It's more rigid because the shroud has a much larger diameter than a conventional steel barrel and the liner inside is secured by thread instead of flexible o-rings. Thus it becomes a one piece 2 inch hollow tube with a core in the middle vs the traditional 16mm steel tube. Sort of like an T-bar aluminum or steel.
