Nice job popping the squirrels!!! Even better on the cooking..... that looks GOOD! You have to tell me how your cooking them. What's that recipe?

Terriaki Squirrels:

Ginger power or paste about 1 tsp

1/2 cup onion chopped

Soy Sauce enough to cover the bottom of the pan

Salt and pepper to taste

set burner to simmer cook covered 20 min.

turn and cook covered 10 min.

It is better to mix all the stuff together and leave it sit in a plastic bag for a few hours before cooking but if you are in a hurry just cookem' up as soon as you get their socks off. If you leave them to marinate a few hours or over night mix the soy sauce half and half with water to mitigate the salty taste.
