Blacksword, Your smart to be careful about shooting the bulldog! Just yesterday I was looking out my window at my targets on the hill and I saw two little neighbor boys come out of the bushes near the 30 yard target. Even though I wasn’t shooting it made my heart jump! And it doesn’t matter in the least that it’s private land, that would be a mistake I couldn’t live with. That first rule about making sure of your backdrop is so critical.

Shoot a large cardboard target at 50 feet first, then back up 50 feet more each shot until your sights are correct.
