This is my set up works very very well

What fans and power steering cooler is it? Happen to have links, brands or part numbers? Also, what temps are you seeing and what length run times are you doing? I would love to do mine as a sealed unit like that.

thanks.

You can go on sites like JC Whitney or Summit and pick up a Derale transmission cooler. Same thing but the fan is built in to the cooler. I had that design in my head a long time ago when first looking into compressors, and thought the Yong Heng style was what I was going to go with. I’m a big fan of auxiliary cooling of transmission fluid temps on my diesel trucks so I’ve installed a few. You can even get the optional temp sender that’ll kick on the fan motor once the temps reach 160 degrees, but that’s already too hot for a pcp compressor system.

The fans are typically 10” in diameter, and if memory serves me they move approximately 350 cfm of air. The cooler in/out lines are typically 3/8” or 1/2” inside dimension.

Fully agree with extra cooling. My old CJ5 with 35 inch tires would puke power steering fluid while rock crawling until I added a cooler and fan.
