I have bought two used Classic Leshiy's and neither have had the spring and ball that allow the fill port cover to index into an open or closed position.
I have extra balls but no springs.
Looking the Russian to English translation of their spare parts page they only list an LS.620.004 spring. Part number 3 in picture below. Not sure how that relates to sizing.

It is the same part listed for the safety spring and ball listed further down in the link above so I could remove that and measure it but if somebody happens to have the spring size I'd rather not do that. I've been having some inner ear issues this fall/winter and one of the related issues is inconsistent blurry vision so I don't really feel like removing a functional small part if I don't have to.
