Classic Dreamline Power Plenum ?

Does any1 have a Classic with this power plenum installed? And if you do can you show it? I watched Giles latest coverage of the 2020 show and in it he meets up with Jon of FX and Jon shows him this little pp,lol, for the FX Classic, quoted price $30 but they never showed it installed on the rifle, just the part. You would also need a shorter air cylinder. Bit of fail there Jon. FX contacted me after reading a reply I had made in another post expressing that query about how there is no room to fit this pp made for the Classic.. They basically said they were sry for any confusion and to contact them via e-mail or phone. It would have been nice if the person could have provided the part# and price but he/she probably did'nt have the info right there or just as likely could'nt find the info. It's certainly not there on their site FX USA. It has to be a shorter air cylinder Well I ain't got around to that yet cause I naturally expect to be frustrated. Anyhow, hope some1 out there has 1, sees this and replies.

I already contacted fx USA about the new air tube. The part number they provided me for the smaller tube was 19830, and they said it would be 51.56 plus shipping cost. Contact FX USA and let them know you want the smaller tube. Just double check that it is indeed the shorter tube. I haven't contacted back to buy it yet since they just replied with this info today, but they have been contacting me back in a speedy manner.

PA just uploaded a video to YouTube on how to install it. I have one on order from Trenier Outdoors for my Classic, but I don't have it yet. But, I have the .25 cal, so it came with the longer 600mm barrel, so I should have ample room to install the PP without needing another air tube, or so I hope...

Nope, not rubbing it anyone's face, just very thankful I don't have to worry about purchasing additional parts. When researching the Dreamline and seeing the .25 came with the longer 600mm barrel and larger capacity air cylinder, I opted for the .25 because it had the larger capacity tank, not the barrel length, but now I'm glad I went the route I did. I mainly shoot .22 and I have purchased the 600mm .22 barrel kit for it, so looking forward to getting the PP and seeing what it will do. But, yes, I do think FX should do something for those who purchased the .22 with the 500mm barrel. This mod isn't as economical if you end up having to purchase a smaller tank or longer barrel! Personally, if money was not an option, I'd go with the longer barrel so I wouldn't have to give up air capacity.

Well about a longer barrel. I think that unbalances the rifle so to speak. Proportionally I mean. It would take away from it,s aesthetics. The natural way the rifle looks and handles. Same may be said about a shorter air cylinder. idk .That is why I'd like see a Classic with the pp and shorter air cylinder. To see how it affects the aesthetics of the rifle.
