I have and love my donnyfl sumo but it's on my main gun and want something else for my second gun when I take them both out and cant afford another sumo. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

Is TKO is still in business? IMHO when it comes to cheap and light weight but very effective or an HW Weihrauch is very cheap when ordered overseas like in the 50 to 60 buck range and very quiet and light weight YO!

Before Donny and I colab'd on the suppressor adapter for the Nova Freedom / Liberty shrouds,
I was using a TKO [over the barrel] slip-on suppressor [semi-inside of the shroud] on mine..
I noticed a very small difference in the sound report, but not all that much.. [shooting indoors]

I just placed an order for a moderator for my prod from www.froggysairguns.com. I had a couple questions and put them in the chat section on the site. Within 15 minutes I received and email from Rob with the answers. For $40 delivered, I decided to go ahead and place an order. A few minutes afterward, I got another email from Rob stating the order was received and the moderator will ship tomorrow and I’ll get the tracking number. I’m not sure what the quality will be like, but the promptness and customer service was top notch.
fwiw...the moderator screws onto the 11/16 x 24 threads on the shroud of the prod and the dust cap can be removed to fill the pistol if you request the extend version.

I wanted to follow up my last post on the froggy moderator. I just received it in the mail today and had a chance to mount it and get some shots off with the prod. Originally I was thinking a tanto. I do love my sumo. It and the other donnyfl products I’ve had are top notch. But after buying the tanto, the shroud adapter and shipping, it would have been $150. This was $40 delivered. I tempered my expectations accordingly.
The froggy moderator screws right into the shroud. The threads on the froggy appear to be delrin or similar. The moderator is also incredibly light. The overall build quality seems acceptable and certainly is for the price paid. The fill cap on the prod can be removed with the moderator attached. This was a must have for me.
The prod was borderline backyard quiet for me. This inexpensive moderator made it very backyard friendly. If you’re looking for a moderator and don’t want to spend a lot of money, check these out. The customer service was great and shipping was prompt.
