Redick - I think these adjustable rings are for height adjustment only and go straight up or straight down. I am guessing that the teeth will not allow them to be tilted at an angle.
If the teeth were filed off then perhaps they could be set to allow you to raise or lower your point of impact and not put the scope in a bind. Say tilt the front one down then elevate the back one and tilt it down on the same angle.
I have used these but again only for height not for droop correction, I have actually used several mounts from this company.
