I've been thinking about shaving some weight to my new R9 March optics combo. Instead of a single mount, I was thinking of separate rings with a stop pin in the rear. Maybe even offset mounts??
Can you suggest mounts for the 11mm dovetail to the 30mm scope with a stop pin that are black that I can purchase today?? (Meaning have to be in stock now). I use an offset mount on my D34 that I love, but it's silver. Any suggestions??

August 7, 2021 at 9:44 pm LinkHawke Reach Forward Match Mounts, only reversed to give you your offset. I have several guns with them and my R9 has a set only in 1 inch tube size. Only thing I would recommend is the scope stop pin has a point on it that I take a small file to and file it flat so it goes in deeper. Yeah, I know they're just cheap Hawke rings but they work for me and very well.

August 7, 2021 at 10:00 pm LinkYou're very welcome. To give you an idea, here's my R9. Stop pin is in the front smaller ring. Mine also has a Sun Optics recoil stop block between the rings but mine is full power in .20. They should work very well with just the stop pin in your 12 fpe rifle.

Yah, I doubt I'll have too much of an issue given this one is tuned down to 12 FPE. It's my lowest power springer. I still have to put it over the chrony and confirm FPE. Also, I am very interested in testing the trigger pull weight. It is VEEERRRY light.

August 19, 2021 at 4:55 pm LinkThis is what I bought lately for my HW97K. It’s still one piece but very light with great hold. Has the stop pin on each end. Around $20 on Amazon.
only negative is the level and compass, but it doesn’t bother me.
