I shot a rabbit last evening out in my back acreage and left it. I went out there tonight and another rabbit was eating it. I knew squirrels and prairie dogs did it. There are two rabbits there now.

My domestic rabbits will chew on each other if under undue stress.
The mommas will flat out eat babies if the cage conditions or her health are not right for a litter to thrive.
Rabbits eat their own poop, too. Carphopagus... They re-eat their waste to recover more nutrients. Sometimes called night pellets, the incomplete pellets are a soft yellow-green, while the completly used pellets are hard and dark brown.
Rabbit meat is still one of my favourite.
