Carbon fiber tube sleeved barrel.

I bought mine from Amazon.com, but used it only as a sleeve and didn't lock-tite or epoxy the sleeve to the barrel. Seemed like high quality CF. 16mm ID x 18mm OD.

OK, I just did my .177 LGV. The barrel is 16mm outside diameter. The tube fit like a glove. I cut it just like C'cut told me, a wee bit longer than perfect, and just sanded it down a bit. Did not bond it or put tape or anything inside since I don't really need to "float" this barrel, nor I'm I worried about harmonics. At 33 yards, its 1/4" groups either way. I did it just for Purty effect. Will post the rest of the pics to my .177 LGV thread. G'day, and huge shout out to Centercut.

Christian, NICE JOB! Looks great! I'm about to do the same for the .177 ST barrel (with probe, magazine and single shot tray) I bought used from @lewis for my .22 Crown. Since its not an STX barrel in a liner with shroud, it doesn't look that great just the standard barrel. It is threaded for 1/2"-20, so I can put a DonnyFL or any other moderator on it. I have a CF Neil Clague moderator that will look great with that color and shine CF tube on the barrel.

Thanks! I am still waiting on the adapter for the Mini Carbine to come in from Europe. I already have the Carbon Fiber Tube, but I got the Mate finish, not the Gloss one. Can't wait to get that one done. It currently sports the Sumo, I will be installing the Koi instead. Wish me luck!

I'm sure it'll look great. I think mine would have looked better with the Matte finish vice the gloss. But I have an entire tube from the first set I bought, so I'll just use the gloss again for the .177 ST barrel on the Crown...Looking forward to seeing your Cricket mini once you get it done. I might end up getting a Koi for mine, since I have the Tanto on there and it could be somewhat quieter...

The adaptor from Eagle Vision is very high quality, and even has an inner o-ring, kind of like the breech o-ring in your barrel to keep things sealed and solid.

Ive been making cf half shrouds for krals now for awhile. I use 22 x 20 x 500 mm carbon tube gloss or matte from arris on ebay. Luckily the original kral shrouds have that exact inner and outer diameter as well so it's super simple. What I do is use the annihilator quiet kit which is designed to use factory shroud w 3 baffles and a modified stripper also. The kit comes w a spare baffle though so I just measure carefully to accommodate all 4 baffles and the spring under compression so it adds about inch or so to the quiet kit set up which already adds an inch or so to original total length but on the breaker bull pups still a super short package. I also add length to rear section of half shroud to make it go almost all the way to scope mount for increased moderation and drill 3 small exhaust pin holes on belly of shroud out of sight to release gas and it is all but completely silent other than massive hammer impact being mine is 25 cal at 60 ft lbs. But yeah this way allows me to use factory kral end caps on both ends that thread into the carbon tube w just a little sanding it's like it was designed to do this way it fits so perfect including into the barrel band that is also kral factory w zero modification.
