It was sent to me by accident years ago when I ordered parts for a kalibrgun cricket regulator and I have no idea from where.

It does look like a Lane. Lane makes regulators for several different guns. It would be hard to say what it fits without some dimensions from the regulator.

Ever owned a Hatsan ? Or a daystate regal/huntsman ?
It is a Tube reg with a base facing o-ring, that tells us it would fit an action where the main tube unscrews from the valve portion and the OEM o-ring gets taken out and reg vents along threads.
No clue as to what gun w/o some size specs tho ... as already stated
