I have a Caldwell Chronograph. I have had mine for about 9 Months now. I cannot use it with an android Phone. It seems to work with a Kindle though! Anyway my Gas Piston Air rifle started to throw a pellet very low every one in about 5-8 shots. Found the breech O ring to be bad. Got three three of them from and manufacture. In the meantime I had shot my Chronograph right in the screen rendering it useless. It was still under warranty so I thought I'd give them a call. Not under warranty for being shot! That was to be expected! But they did give me 40% off a new one and tool all of my into to place the order. They could not give me a code to use online to do this! I gave them the info and they placed the order! The order number was a little odd and I asked about it. I was tole that they could enter the order number manually! So I thought OK. Well a couple of days later I tried looking up the status online and could not find it! So I called and asked about it! I was told in a very nasty tone that the order was placed on an internal system so of course I couldn't look it up! So I said also very nasty Fine Goodbye. And he proceeded to jump on me and tell me that I had no reason to be so nasty to him! So I told him that yes I had just paid for something that I couldn't check on! He was more subdued when he said "Oh OK" I think when this one breaks I will not get another one from them!
