Bwaltons youtube channel is active again. If you look at the about tab for the channel this is what it says:

The link to the web page does work and the site has a few items for sale. Theres no mention of Baxter at the web page except for a 30 cal bwalton hatsan for sale. The phone number listed for california airgun is a bogus number and theres no address or other info for contacting them. I was able to add an item to my cart and got all the way to payment. Theres a button for paypal as a payment option so I am guessing you can buy from the site. Looks really sketchy to have a site selling items with no contact info or address. I dont know if California airgun is an entirely new entity or if its still just Baxter running all of it and this is an attempt at covering up the old problems but still take orders. I do know the latest video he put up on his youtube channel was made by him. The voice in the video that was posted 1 day ago is Baxters voice so hes tied to things still in some form if not all of it. Maybe the people he screwed over can get on his youtube and start causing him grief again.

Yes he does have friends on this forum and others. They sit silently and dont call him out for what hes done to people. If you go to his youtube channel there are several of them posting comments in his videos saying glad you are back.

I wish I had known this 10 months ago when I purchased and LDC and shroud for my Hassan QE Elite. Back and forth for almost a year, continually promised goods, told it was shipped then found out it wasn’t, was promised a couple extra goodies for my trouble, still received nothing. Then was told about illness in family. I told him I understood and I went through the same thing. No reply. Wrote two more times... no reply. Now supposedly he has people working for him handling shipments. If you have family issues then why not just tell “your employee” to ship my stuff? Wrote him again today then saw this forum post and figured screw it, I’m never going to get my stuff anyway. I have every single email that went back and forth so if anyone doubts it I’ll send you a copy.

I’ll tell you right now, anyone who sends ANYTHING or buys ANYTHING from this guy, you get what you get. I just wish I had known.

This is quite literally the first time I’ve ever been taken for a ride by a trusted figure in forums and such.

Sorry to hear another air gunner has gotten ripped off by this guy and he continues too stay in business hiding behind different websites and keep stealing peoples hard earned money . The only question I have is why we have not seen anyone of his shooting buddies who are on the forums try to help or even condemn his actions or even the brands that he sells on his website send him a cease and desist letter . So he can't continue to use their products to cheat people of the hard earned cash they saved to put into a hobby we love . Hope you get some sort of recourse on this matter buddy if anything happens let us know .

Just got a reply from him from an email I sent this morning:

“Rich sorry about the time line, I am waiting on some materials to come and yours will be the first one shipped.” 

I’m not getting my hopes up, like I said for 10 months I’ve gotten similar replies, waiting on parts, someone was sick, oh it should have shipped, I’ll take care of ya, yadda yadda. Now he’s waiting on parts to build something he had in stock 10 months ago. I even emailed him before I ordered it to MAKE SURE it was in stock.

Last time I heard from him was April 26th... An entire month went by and not another word. In July it will be a year since he took my money.

i should have just dealt with Donniefl but at the time I ordered from Bwalton I didn’t know anything about DonnieFL. Sucks for me.

You know this is FRAUD. if you mailed anything you can go to Postal Inspector. They are a tough bunch. Pool your information and file @ your perspective states attorney office.

Interstate fraud is federal. Might try an Alphabet org complaint, your SA should file it through them.. However, I don't expect much from them!

I took me about 5 months to get 5 tins of pellets he stopped replying to me and wouldn't take my calls the only way I got it taken care of was I posted about it on YouTube and boy he wasn't happy about that at all but I got my pellets and I will never do business with the con ever again

Gettsgunner ... in one of his messages he told me that he have a life and can't be working all the time..in 2 other messages the have the flu..or was in a trip with his hunting buddies..that wasn't a lie in my waiting time he uploaded more than 6 videos, and you think if he is traveling who is in the shop?..how can he spend a weekend having fun with all that back orders piling up..he clearly don't care...all said n done I lost $350..at last he sent me a new scba tank in exchange for the used piece of crap that he ship me.

I ordered a moderator from him on 5/27/2018. And never received it. As stated he just stopped answering/responding to emails or calls. A real POS in my books.
