Ok, so the check was sent back in October. K.barb1954, what gives? You were quick to post the "I've been cheated" message. So what happened with the check? Did it clear? Do you owe this guy an apology? Or do we still need to beware of Baxter?

He did post he recieved a check ( and was waiting for it to clear) so....

He certainly doesnt owe an apology, when you are FINELY able to recoup $ from a dead beat THEY owe you an apology,

Ole "BWALTON" has done the same and worse to several others ( how many would "many others" be ?). Has made himself a listing on RIPOFF REPORT, and takes some trying.

Bwalton is just the same a Chris Teodoro and other airgun scam folks ( sure maybe he didnt finance a new house that way on propose but NO WAY is all his crap acidental).



The airgun community did NOT used to put up with such stuff. We all stuck together and ran em out, "I" liked it that way.

These days you can take $1,000 form say 50 people for a "deposit" ( not baxter here rather an ammo maker) custom airgun then just run with the money KEEP you Internet presence and folks will LOVE your stuff and promote a very shady business.

You are part of the prob elm or part of the solution with airgun scammmers.

Im with spysir on this. I almost choked when I read the part about baxter needing an apology. Just read what some of these guys have gone thru trying to get what was promised to them. When that didnt happen they had to go thru just as much crap trying to get the money back. I read a post where a guy still didnt have his money or rifle back after a very long time asking baxter to give him the rifle with performed work or the rifle and money back for the work not performed. 

On top of that baxter had an attitude and tried to push it on them as if they were the problem. 

Theres plenty of info out there about people getting ripped by baxter that its probably pretty safe to say stay away.

I don't often say bad things about manufacturers or people unless it is really really due. So I I'm not going to state anything bad, I will just state the facts: I've had three interactions with him and/or his guns and products, all costed me extra $ and a headache, but he SEEMS like a nice guy on his videos. (Oh, wait, the videos have been taken down now.) Too bad, I enjoyed watching them...

K.bard, What was the form of payment? If you paid by credit card, you can always dispute the charges for not getting your gun. PayPal also has the same process as well, you should look into it. 

Sorry for getting on the thread so late guys I am the guy that filled the complaints with the BBB . It all came to nothing as he claimed that he didnt do any thing wrong. Also he lost money how can he have lost money . If he did have the air rifle he could have resold it or just sent to me what I had paid for he never did send my air rifle . I had ordered his custom built Hatasn Bullboss . He said he couldn't ship international ok I contacted my customs contact and sent him a copy of the law showing fire arms are a problem not air rifles or airsoft guns . Still no rifle from him so I came to Miami and waited for a week for him to ship it to me more money lost . This man and his business is to be avoided at all cost . The sad thing is that his YouTube buddies who he shoots with always come to his defense in the forums. If someone had stole money from them would they have been so forgiving . I have all the emails and messages on file . So I would like him or his friends to try and defend what he did to me and many other just on his word . I have documented evidence. Hope the police finally arrest this guy for fraud and get him out of this community. 

I order a shroud and ldc in July and still haven’t got it or a refund 

I ordered a 357 Slayer from American Air Arms in May of 2018. Was told 12 weeks at the most for delivery. Here it is December 30th and no gun, no refund. Called, texted, and when they stopped responding.

Just curious , is BWalton making any of these things right ? I don't have a dog in the fight or nothing.Just Curious 

I posted on another thread about how BWalton had my Armada and $350.00 for tuning since March. On the advise of another forum member I disputed the credit card charges and the money was returned to me. Also another forum member contacted BWalton for me and December 18th I got my Armada back. No modification were done. But at least I got the gun back and the credit card company got my money back. 

Hey Joe I am one of your avid viewers love your videos I am the guy that gave you some grief about the jacket .No this man has not done anything to make it right for me and the sad thing is he is still open for business. Even carrying some of the big names like Donny Fl, Ataman rifles,Kral rifles and Hatsan rifles and others how do they not see all this bad press and still affiliate with a company and person with that kind of bad reputation towards other air gunners . It has is no other words for he does he steals his customers money with lies and excuse for the products and brands that these companies represent that are for sale on his website . That is bad for the brand image in any market if someone selling your brand or product is stealing from you and you customers how can a company continue to affiliate with this guy and his company .

Just like most of his customers, I have not heard from Baxter and no longer communicate with him. What's on his website are probably old stuff.

Well done Donny FL hope the other suppliers follow your lead,keep up the good work .

Soon as I read that Triniairgnr I figured it had to be old info on his site . Can't vouch for the other companies , but know Donny wouldn't be associated with someone who has such bad standing in the sport . I never dealt with BWalton, and looks like I'm better off from not . 

Damn shame that so many folks have guns , money , and frustration spent on one guy .

Hi guys I certainly don’t have a dog in this fight but didn’t one of his videos show him with an I D badge he had on a white shirt just asking maybe someone can make it out and show up an his place of employment I mean dam $985 nope. hey just asking I know they were took down but maybe someone have it on a file. I truly am sorry for you guys disappointments. hope you all get your money back I wouldn’t want him working on nothing after all this.

I buy my first pcp whith him bwalton. at44.moded he send me a used scratch piece of #$@&÷×...in a rack n pinion greased box it took 7months to send me that. he may be good with his YouTube buddy's and some lucky people .is not a good person to do business with ..
