Buying from the Classifieds FAIL-!

BTB once again you are right-! It's still in production.

More info seller actually blamed damage on buyer insinuated Buyer mishandled gun and must have broken the stock.

SELLER did not want to make it right and stopped all communication and buyer was the one who initiated PayPal claim not the seller.

Seller outright refused to answer any more inquiries and even the manometer is broken.

YOU HAVE HIT THE DAILY DOUBLE-!

SELLER has the same first and last name as a film maker producer who before becoming a filmmaker was a certified firewalking instructor and Clinical Hypnotherapist who produced the 2020 movie Killer Weekend along with 2019 movies such as Claire, Unpinned, and in 2016 Unconquerable, and 2013's Treachery among several others.

His 2019 movie Claire won him a Global Shorts, Los Angeles award of excellence.

If I found the right ad it does say in like new condition. The pics are not close up enuf.

Imo this is an important issue.

I have not had the funds to get a nice used gun yet. (well If I added all the budget stuff I have, I could barely barely get one. On the other hand I would still have zero experience waiting to buy my first one. Vs I am now a hack kitchen "gunsmith")If I found an ad that hooked me, even tho they were not a very vocal member, the seniority and lack of complaints would make me feel more secure in the transaction.

So I agree it is good humanity to let others know

If you were worried about the pics being close enough, either you didn't find the right ad, or you didn't read it.......here's a little excerpt - "Photo is a stock picture but gun is identical. I will post additional photos soon." - although a "stock" photo, to me at least, means a photo provided by the manufacturer, or a seller of the item. The photos used were of someone else's USED GUN. ..............................................................I think to me that might be another CLUE of a suspect ad.

I am trading with ebay since 2001 and only ones (two years ago) I got a lemon, I sent a seller a return-for-refund inquiry, second day no answer , next first email to paypal.

(I got my refund as per PP policy, asked ebay what to do with the item or where to send it to them? They said keep it...)

Here it is in my drawer, a Tokina full metal and real glass 50-135 with a street price spicier then that your airgun (discontinued 15 years ago, btw).

Scratch on front element, I grabbed the ebay picture ran it with photoshop, yes the scratch was there in the add but the seller did not mention it.

And this my picture won the PP refund.
