Buyer Beware...Airgun.us is a fake site

Yea with a little investigation you can tell. On the front page you can tell they just took the pics off pyramid air, even the bundles they make with air arms. 

All looks 100% fake to me. Hope you get your money back

It would not hurt to send/phone the website registrar a complaint so they know some weasel is up to no good. It looks like it is registered to a company in Germany called 1API.net

Fake Site. They use 3 different sites/site names that look exactly the same.

Just wanted to update. Looks like Expert HPA changed their site to Top Gun Airguns and seam to be nice people to deal with. Tank arrived when it was supposed to so I am happy dealing with them. Just wanted to let everyone know.

this made me be more careful in buying

I purchased a rifle from Airgun.us (aka Air Guns of Texas). The payment went through PayPal and when they notified me of the payment, it was for the WRONG amount. The recipient’s account name showed as, “Tamale Strange,” and the email address associated with it is: [email protected] and that’s a very suspicious email address. I sent an email to that address and still have no reply. I called their number and it is ALWAYS BUSY.

Decided to look at their location on Google maps. For grins, here are two photos. One is a partial shot of the Home page. Looks nice. The other, tin building is what their location actually looks like. Some contrast!




I managed to unwind the charges at PayPal AND as an extra piece of fun, had to cancel the credit card I used until a new one arrives, AND closed my PayPal account. Dealing with Airgun.us gave me a very uneasy feeling. One last thing, I was suckered in because they show all the guns other sites are stocked out of, as being in stock and somewhat lower priced.

Review/comment is an accurate recounting of my personal experience with Airgun.us. Opinions are strictly mine only.

This is for sure a fake site and Paypal will not stand by the buyer. I put a claim in to PP and they where no help as this company sent a fake tracking number some how and that it was delivered to my address yesterday. I didn't get any package with that tracking number or even a empty envelope with it. Don't know how they did that so PayPal says it was delivered. I sent a email to alert the domain this is a fake site also. 

Update: Here is what these guys do, they send a 2oz. package to not your address but another in your town. No name just the address and then it shows by tracking that it has been delivered so PayPal says the package was delivered. So I took the tracking number to the P.O. and asked them to track it through them, and sure enough it wasn't delivered to me but someone else in my town , never addressed to me . So had P.O. give me a print out of that and I called P.P. talked to a nice Lady who new the scam. Got back my money out 

Thanks for the update. I ordered 3 tins of JSB's and I saw it went to China NOT US, so I got took....

Time to contact PayPal....
