Got this email from midwayusa. Already ordered my 4.5-27x50 FFP model. I would advise to act quickly if you want one they go VERY fast!

I already have a 3-18x50 SFP that I bought from the last round (that I am now returning because I am getting the 4.5-27x now).

Words of advice from the 3-18 SFP I played with some.

I recommend against the SFP forge scopes altogether, the deploy reticle is too thick and looks cluttered (FFP model should be much better). Only other con of all the forge lines is the 25 yard min parallax distance. Now the good stuff.

Apart from that it had 95 MOA actual internal adjustment (im sure the 27x model will have around 70 MOA) and the turrets are just awesome, very tactile and audible, and the turret locking feature is very smooth (not snappy like the engage line).

I have played with all the high end ATACR’s, tangent theta, kahles, S&B so I know good turrets.

The magnification ring and the side focus is SUPER smooth, the glass is very clear with low edge to edge distortion.

If you decide to jump on one you should be very happy, if not midway will refund you 100% in 90 days granted its in new condition with original packaging (minus return shipping).

Man, that copper/bronze color looks sweet. Very tempting Braxton, thanks for posting.

If it would focus down to 10 yds instead of 25 it would be even more tempting.

Thanks for reminding me, I forgot to put the con of the 25y min parallax!

edit: apparently the 2.5-15x models have 10y min parallax, maybe!? Midway differs from bushnell on this matter.

Very interesting. The 2.5-15 says it focuses down to 10, and for my shooting that's a good range. A bit cheaper and lighter too. I've had some Bushnell scopes in the past, and they were of fantastic quality. May have to try one of these at that price.

be careful sir, I went on bushnell’s website and the 2.5-15x line says 25 yard parallax? So not sure what to believe, may need to call bushnell to be 100% sure

You nearly gave me a heart attack! I ordered one and then came here and read your words so quickly went back and cancelled my order. Then I went to the Bushnell site as well and at the bottom of the manual there is a chart which states plainly that the whole line of RF2155 scopes including the RF2155BS1 in question have a 10 yard min parallax setting.

Glad they are a true 10y parallax, that is gonna be a sweet scope :)

This is what made me say that, I didn’t mean to trip you up but it’s bushnell’s fault, check it out.
