Burst disc question

I’ve never ran into this before , on my small 90ci 4500psi Air Venturi tank the 5K burst disc blew, no big deal , I replaced it with another new 5K filled to 3800ish psi and it also blew, I’ve gone thru 3 any ideas what would cause this I don’t wanna waste to many lol. Tank is in date and in excellent condition, any ideas or input would be appreciated. Thanks. Vinny. 
 
These tanks have both It has 5k and 7.5k. Has both. Only 5k keeps blowing. It’s been perfectly fine for a cpl years so far

The 5K burst disc should only come into play when you have the Output connected and charged. Sounds almost like they are backwards. Remove the 7.5K (leave 5k in) and see if the tank will fill at all. (It should not.)

I had a similar problem with the burst disc on my Yong Heng. Replaced several times, always started blowing by around 3000 PSI or so. Turned out there was a crack in the plug that holds the burst disc in place. Had to take a photo with my phone, then zoom in on it to see the crack. You might want to inspect your retention plug as well. Just an idea.
