bullpups & slings

There are some slings (don’t remember name/what called) that are like a loop or harness that you wear, then attaches to Bullpups with a latch. And kinda hangs there. Not sure if that’s a better option for you, but it’s an option.

Edit: The rail should be strong enough, but I wouldn’t want it putting pressure on the actual scope. Post a picture. Also, maybe you can attach a length of sling from 2 points on the gun, and have a ring to attach to in a different point of balance.

That's what I was thinking of the loop type but didn't know what they were . Have to talk to the doc about this because of my recent surgery ( the wires running up my neck ) As far as pictures not that advance yet lol this computer is enough just crashed it last night haha wife hates me on it . Nice to hear from you . Darell

Look for what's called a single point tactical sling. I would not attached to the scope rail. My own Kral PB hangs barrel down across the front of my body, like a patrol rifle or an M4 would hang. I don't put it across the back of my shoulder.

For that matter, my Marauder does not shoulder well, either. I took the sling all the way off for that gun as it does not walk the brush with me. The m-rod is a bench beast only.

I should clarify, I added a swivel stud to the wood stock at the front, but don't use it for the sling ( bipod goes there) and I wrap the sling around the stock through the open space at the rear attachment.

In this video there is a still shot of the set up I use when I walk or ride the atv to hunt.

This is what I use on all of my bull pups. The parts are available on EBay. Hope this helps. MM

Yes it is on my scope rail but it does not change POI one bit. The only thing is to make sure that the metal clip doesn’t scratch your scope. Other than that it works awesome. You may want to put pic rail sling mount on gun in different places to determine balance of gun and to avoid where scope rings go. I put sling mount on gun with no scope and balanced gun on one finger to find center balance of gun. That is ideally where I want mount because I know scope will be more forward. I like gun a little forward heavy so gun hangs on me at about 45 degree angle for quick deployment. MM
